Do I need to create an account?
Yes! We want to know who you are! All our riders can create their account in the studio, online, or by contacting us via call, email, or social media! button to change this text.
How early should I come? What should I wear?
If this is your first time, we advise showing up roughly 15 minutes prior to class starting. This way we can give you a tour and get you as comfortable as possible. We will happily help set you up on your bike!
We suggest wearing any kind of athletic wear you are comfortable sweating in. Don’t forget your socks!
How does the parking garage and free parking work?
Aside from the free parking up and down Pineapple Ave, the second floor of the parking garage directly on top of the building, (entrance on Pineapple Ave), is all free parking!
How do I book a class?
You can book a class through your account either on our app, website, or by contacting the studio! Just look at our schedule, select the class time or instructor you would like to reserve, and pick your bike for class!
Do you have water, or should I bring mine?
We sell water in the studio should you forget yours! We also have a purified water fountain for you to fill up with!
As a first-time rider, what do I need to know/bring?
RIDE is all about community and making everybody feel energized and comfortable in our space! It is normal to feel nervous about something new; we will do our best to help provide the best experience possible! You’ll want to bring: water, socks and a smile!!
Do you have showers and a place to get ready?
Yes! We have multiple showers and a full-service vanity area with room to get ready, and we have lockers with built in locks for RIDERS to store their belongings during class.
Do you provide cycling shoes?
Yes! If you do not have your own, we provide cycling shoes free of charge!
How far in advance can I book my class?
7 days in advance. The booking window for the following week will open at 10am every Monday morning!
Are there any penalties or fees for no showing or late canceling?
Yes! There is a $15 fee for no showing and a $10 fee for late canceling a class. A late cancellation would qualify as a cancellation made less than 12 hours before the start of class time. If you have an emergency, please call the studio and we will work with you!
What is the minimum commitment length of any of our recurring memberships?
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
Do the packages (5, 10 and 20 packs) have expiration dates?
No! None of our packages have expiration dates.
Do you have an app?
Yes! We have a personalized app, RIDE CYCLE, available for all IOS and Android users.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer both e-gift cards and physical gift cards! You can purchase it in your app or in the studio!
